Good Boy!

Dad took me for a little road trip today. We came to this building where I could hear other puppies, like me, but smaller, were barking and cats meowing and mice scadadling (yes! I can hear that!!) And then this lady came out and Dad put my head between his legs for a bit and then we went home. AND THEN I GOTZ TREATS!! Dad said I was a good boy and he was proud of me!! I think Mom asked Dad about a Rabies shot. Oh, that’s why I got a shiney new purple tag!! I like shiney things. I don’t think Dad was thrilled about me wearing purple, but Mom likes it!

You know that big cage, where I vacuum theze tasty seedz off the floor? Well. Turns out there are BIRDS in there. 2 pretty cockatiels. And they can fly! My humanz let them out and they flew right by me! I couldn’t believe it! They flew right next to me! Hmmm. Do they taste like chicken? I likez chickenz. Wooof!

Bow Hunting

OK. It’s not me this time, getting in twouble. That new wittle itty bitty kitty is doing it. SHE’S the one getting all the pretty Christmas bows from off the table and then she’s plays hockey with them. They are everywhere! I do try and help pick them up for Mom and Dad. Well, so I chew on them just a wittle bit first. The holes are hardly noticeable. And I slobber on them, too. They will dry off by Christmas and nobody will be the wiser when they open their gifts! Heh Heh Heh.

Now Dad is wondering around picking up bows. Bows by the kats food dishes. Bows under the desks. Bows by the fridge (my favorite place). Bows on the rugs. Bows in the bathrooms. So Mom asks Dad. “What are you doing? Bow Hunting?!” Woo! There goes a bow flying accross the floor! And there’s a cat flying right behind it!

Scaredy Cat?

Mom sayz Dad is a scaredy cat. What does that mean? We heard Dad talking to himself in the garage. Then he comes in with the buns for Thanksgiving with a corner missing out of it. Then I think he said something about who scared who and setting traps or making the catz sleep in the garage. Those catz. Always getting in trouble. Woof! Rats? Wuz that?

I got to watch a movie! Hotel for Dogs. I heard all kinds of barking so I had to bark and woof, too! And then I sat down right in front of the TV so I could look at the dogs. Know what? They only had one German Shepherd in all those dogs running around! One! GGRRRRR.

Presents!! Oh Boy!

Today I am 6 months old. Mom spoiled me and got me a rubber duck. I wove it! And I got a new ball and a harness thingy to go on walks. I didn’t even go to the store to help pick out my toys. I wonder what I can get the next time I go shopping?

And I gotz to go get weighed AGAIN. I hopez I don’t get put on a diet! I weighed 69 pounds! Funny, I don’t think I look fat. If I do, it’s my new collar.

Naughty

I was naughty today and got Mom in trouble. I thought the landscaping needed some help. So I tooks out a bunch of those annoying plastic lights that Dad sticks in the dirt. The tops are very fun to chew, just zo you know. I may have been working on this a while but it’s a secret. Mom found me in all my glory. I found the wires and made some of them short. Hmmm. Some weren’t even connected. And I found dumb box that was at the end. I spread the plastic tops real purdy, all over the grass!

GGrrrr! You should’ve heard my Dad when Mom broke the news. He was really mad at me and Mom! I didn’t get to play all night! I guess I better not do that again!
